Myles Getlan & Thomas Beline with the Cassidy Levy Kent LLP office in Washington DC will provide an overview of new international trade measures and initiatives. Our third speaker Korey Garceau, will address Foreign Trade Zones and how businesses can utilize this federal program to reduce, defer, or eliminate duties on goods. Korey will explain the steps to becoming an activated FTZ facility and further examine the benefits realized by operators.
